Srimad Bhagavad Geeta/Srimad Bhagavatam

Srimad Bhagavad Gita is the philosophical teachings of Lord Krishna, delivered as a sermon to Arjuna just before the Kurukshetra war and it's a part of Mahabharata.
While Srimad Bhagwatam is a grand collection of Puranas and spiritual stories with lots of philosophical teachings too. It includes the stories of Bhagavan Vishnu's 24 avatars and stories of several great devotees.

The key distinction lies in the fact that Bhagwatam is the word of god whereas Bhagavad Gita is essentially the conversation between Krishna and Arjun, which can be imagined as a conversation between an educator and a student.
Bhagavad Gita embraces the philosophy of Karma Yoga and Jnana Yoga.
The Bhagavad Gita is a philosophical discourse that describes how a person's soul (called the "atman") can be liberated from attachment and desire, and then bring that consciousness to bear upon the deeds of one's life. Although some aspects of the teachings are rather obscure, it is clear that Krishna intends to convey something about human psychology, consciousness, and action. The main message of the Bhagavad Gita is summed up in Krishna's statement in verse 48.9: "the learned do not call it a deed; for none is the agent here nor enjoyer of the fruits thereof. He who sees inaction in action and action in inaction, he is wise among men.
In the Bhagavad Gita, we come to know about Krishna as a diplomat, who imparts his knowledge to Arjuna. But in the Bhagavatam, Krishna appears in his divine roles and avatars as well as his various manifestations.
In addition to enlightening us through the divine visions, Lord Krishna talks about the three paths of action, karma yoga, jnana yoga, and bhakti-yoga. On the other hand, Srimad Bhagavatam acquaints us with Krishna's childhood and teenage.
The Bhagavat Gita - also called the Gita, is a 700-verse scripture in the Sanskrit language. It is best known as a discourse given by the Supreme Being Krishna to Arjuna during the Bhagavad Gita War. The Gita has been one of the most widely translated works in world literature. As of 2014, it has been translated into over 50 languages and is reportedly the most translated religious book in the world. Shrimad Bhagwatam is also known as Srimad Bhagavata Purana, or simply as Bhagavata, is one of Hinduism's eighteen great Puranas. Unlike many of the most popular Puranas, it does not glorify the Hindu god Vishnu alone but expands upon stories of other devotees of Vishnu as well.
The Bhagavatam is divided into 12 parts which are called the skandha. The Bhagavatam starts with the creation of the world, the reasons for which it was created, and then moves on to the Narayan Purusha and his avatars. It gives details of the avataras of the Vishnu and Deva-Deva wars. The various other topics discussed include The nature of god/Brahma, The nature of Atman, the path of devotion, Karma throughout one's life, and a summary of all Hindu scriptures.
Unlike the Mahabharata which has many philosophical depths to it which is generally accepted as the most complex text ever written in human history. The Bhagavatam is a Spiritual text that focuses on personal devotion to Vishnu. The core philosophy of this text is completely different from that of the Mahabharata.

 Kundalini Awakening

As a spiritual blogger, I use my experiences to help others understand that life is meant to be experienced joyfully. I connect with people who are looking for guidance and support on their spiritual journeys, guided by The Bhagwad Puran and The Hinduism tradition.

The Kundalini Awakening experience is one of self-discovery and is for those who are ready to embrace the unlimited potential within. Whether you are looking to deepen your spiritual connection, have a more meaningful and fulfilling relationship with the Divine, or improve your health and well-being - this course is for you.

The process of the Kundalini Awakening will enhance your experience of yoga and make you a more positive person in your daily life. This course aims to help you to reach your full potential in life, which can be achieved only when one realizes his true inner self.

Kundalini Awakening is a remarkably powerful spiritual experience. In the yoga world, it is spiritual enlightenment. It is something that devoted yogis and practitioners spend many years preparing for and working towards.

The best way to understand Kundalini Awakening is to look at it from a scientific point of view. Kundalini Awakening activates your pineal gland; your third eye. This pineal gland is located in the middle of your brain, and it's responsible for producing melatonin, which regulates your sleep pattern. You will begin to feel active during the night, not just in deep meditation at midday. Your pineal gland will excrete serotonin to such an extent that it raises your consciousness and opens your psychic abilities. There are hundreds of yogis who have claimed that the Kundalini Awakening has allowed them to perform psychic acts such as telekinesis and even materialization. In Tibet, they call it the "Rainbow Body".

The term Kundalini Awakening is being thrown around a lot these days, most often by people who have no idea what exactly it means. Many people think they are having a Kundalini Awakening when they are just waking up to the fact that their life has been missing something and they are ready to begin searching for more meaning in their life.

This desire to awaken, to find meaning beyond the material world, has always been present in humans. It is the reason we have been working on the Earth for as long as we have. There has always existed an underlying desire in humans to be more than just what our physical bodies allow us to be. This desire leads humans on a lifelong journey towards awakening.

How to awaken kundalini Energy

When we talk about the power of kundalini energy we should understand that this is a very misunderstood topic. People, who are not well-versed with kundalini energy, often think that kundalini energy is something evil or something dangerous for the body.

The true nature of kundalini energy can be explained more easily. The people who are familiar with yoga and meditation know that the source of kundalini energy is the chakra system which is located in the center of the spine. It is said that when one understands how to activate and work with these energies then they can achieve great inner power.

The wrong methods of awakening kundalini energy can be dangerous for the person. It is best to work with someone who knows how to work with such energies.

The main aim of awakening kundalini energy is to achieve spiritual growth.

The path of awakening our kundalini energy is not an easy one. It takes a lot of discipline, like any other type of spiritual practice. With that said, there are a few ways you can awaken your kundalini energy without even having a dedicated regimen to it.

Awakening of kundalini energy through meditation and positive thinking.

Kundalini is one of the subtle energy (Sukshma shakti) which is inside every human being which comes to the surface through the practice of meditation. The energy is coiled up at the base of the spine in the sacral chakra and this status of energy can change with the practice of meditation.

It is said that it is awakened when all other energies are awakened. The subtle energy rises through the spinal column during the practice of meditation leading to enlightenment. The process of enlightenment has stages, once the Kundalini rises a little way up through the chakras certain signs appear.

Once raised all the way, total enlightenment takes place. There are many methods to awaken kundalini energy in terms of the practice of meditation and movements.

Attaining enlightenment or Self-Realization is a great blessing that makes our life successful and successful in achieving our goals.

Signs of kundalini awakening

Being clear about whether you are experiencing these signs as a means to develop your spiritual awareness or as a result of awakening your kundalini is an important part of the process. With that said, it can still be a lot to sift through and discern and you may notice some overlap between the two. Take time to get quiet and connect with your body and mind.

Is meditation transforming people and changing lives?

The ancient science of meditation was used in many religions to transform people and spiritual development. People who meditate go through an awakening process called kundalini rising.

There are many other benefits of meditation and spiritual development. But by far the most important is that you can transform your life. I'm not talking about merely a better car or better relationships, I'm talking about the real stuff.

Fulness, happiness, health, freedom from fear, and peace of mind that cannot be found anywhere else.

What triggers the Kundalini Awakening?

Kundalini awakens through many years of hard work and dedication.

Kundalini awakens spontaneously. You are not actively working to achieve awakening nor are you mentally preparing yourself but somehow, awakening is triggered.

A Kundalini Awakening is a spiritual awakening of the human body.

Several Yoga texts describe various circumstances in which Kundalini Awakening can occur. The two major ones are spontaneous kundalini awakening and intentional kundalini awakening.

A lot of people say that Kundalini awakens either spontaneously or through a mental process. Which is the case?

A "waking up" kundalini is indeed a spontaneous awakening. It can be experienced with meditation but ultimately, it is not triggered by meditation. When the chakras begin to open up, you may or may not have a feeling about it. If you do, it might feel like an internal massage or a gentle rolling sensation in your body.

If you are experiencing kundalini awakening symptoms, it does not necessarily mean that you are having a spontaneous awakening. You may still be in the preparation phase.

Less common but still possible are spontaneous awakenings which are sudden and happen while doing everything from work to leisure activities and occur without any mental alertness towards this result.

The third-party that can trigger kundalini awakening is something completely beyond your control. Suppose you have been working hard on your spiritual practice, with strict discipline, and following the guru’s guidance, but kundalini does not awaken. You feel you have exhausted all possible methods to awaken kundalini.

Imagine if you got severely ill one day, or worse, died at that moment, kundalini would naturally awaken on its own because the body is no longer there to support the mind. Mind and body are two components that make up the self. So if one of them is gone, then the self is gone too. What else can be left? It’s these sort of life-threatening situations that can trigger kundalini awakening.

The guru and Satsang (meditation gatherings) are designed to make you mentally prepared.

"Yoga is an ancient Indian practice for reaching spiritual illumination and intimacy to God, as well as release from the karmic cycle of rebirth"

Yoga is not just a kind of physical exercise, rather it is a method of training the body and the mind to attain peace and harmony.

Our background uncovers that individuals' tendencies are fluctuated, as per their inclination, varying considerations, sentiments, and objectives. Comparing to this assortment in human instinct, are four Yoga ways that consider individuals' tendencies.

Our Self (our Atma) emerges from the Supreme Self (Paramatma). The idea of the Supreme Self is euphoria (Ananda), and because our internal identity is important for the Supreme, every human is taking a stab at this to be content. Everyone, if they have faith in God, if they are aware of it, is at last making progress toward joy.

We can't discover the valid and enduring joy (Ananda) in the rest of the world. It exists in our internal identity. Genuine and enduring delight may just be acquired through insight, reflection, and Divine beauty, and maybe accomplished by one who searches and endeavors with a true heart. God's effortlessness is all over and is with us consistently, similarly as the sun consistently sparkles even though the sky might be covered by mists. To acknowledge God and to be aware of His effortlessness, we should drive away from the billows of obliviousness from our awareness.

The four paths of Yoga

These four paths signify our life's true nature"Mind,Body, Emotion, and Energy are the four elements.
Each person has a unique personality based on these four forces. As a result, ancient sages devised practices for each type of person to reach yoga's ultimate aim, which we refer to as the four pathways of yoga.

KARMA YOGA

Karma Yoga|Path of Action

Karma Yoga is the way of living that is full of acts without attachment to the fruits of one's deeds, and with an equal attitude to success or failure ( Karmaphal-vipaka).

Karma yoga is an action-oriented path. It is concerned with the law of causation and effect. Each action has a proportional impact on the body, mind, and consciousness of the individual. The ethical value of an activity and the intent with which it was carried out determine its outcome.

BHAKTI YOGA

Bhakti yoga|Path of Devotion

Bhakti Yoga is a path of devotion and love for God and all of creation, including humans and animals, as well as all of nature.

Bhakti Yoga "yoga of devotion" is one of two main divisions of the path of yoga, the other being Jnana yoga. In Hinduism Bhakti is the worship and love of a personal god or a representational god by a devotee. Bhakti is practiced in many religions, but the Bhagavat ta Gita is perhaps the most famous text associated with this practice. The Bhagavad Gita teaches that love and service to God lead to spiritual freedom, and is considered in this context to be a part of Hatha Yoga.

"Bhakti Yoga" is Hindu devotionalism (worship or devotion) consisting in the constant remembrance of God as well as other aspects of Yoga such as control of the senses, a meditation on the divine, etc.

JNANA YOGA

Jnana Yoga|Path of knowledge

The philosophical path is Jnana yoga. The goal of this path is to develop the ability to tell the difference between reality and illusion. Self-Knowledge is attained via study, practice, and experience.

RAJA YOGA

Raja Yoga|Path of Discipline

Raja Yoga is also known as the "Eight Step Path" or the "Royal Path of Yoga." It is a path of self-discipline that includes, among other things, well-known Yoga techniques such as Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, and Kriyas.

These four Yoga paths do not represent separate paths. Each path is closely related to the other. When we think of God and are full of love for our fellow humans and nature, we are Bhakti Yogis. When we stand by others and help we are Karma Yogis. When we meditate and perform yoga practices, we are Raja Yogis; and when we reflect upon the meaning of life and are explorers seeking truth and reality, we are Gyana Yogis.

"Spirituality helps people bring themselves closer with the divine power"

What is Spiritual Consciousness?

Spiritual consciousness is an awareness of our interconnectedness and interdependence with each other and the natural world. It is an understanding that we are all unique expressions of God's love and light, who share universal humanity as well as individuality, vulnerability, strength, courage, frailty, and mortality.

Spiritual consciousness is the state of being aware of one's self and one's surroundings, embracing the present moment.

The Importance of Being Fully Present in the Moment

Living in the present moment is a conscious choice that one must make to live a life with true fulfillment and contentment. If you are living your life by repeating patterns of the past or worrying about things that may happen in the future, you are not living your life fully. You are not giving yourself what you deserve which is to be productive and happy.

The spiritual consciousness movement is a growing phenomenon. It encourages people to live in the present and to be fully aware of their experiences in the now. As we experience each moment that passes, our memories are stored in our brain and they can be recalled at any point in time. This means that we constantly live with an ongoing sense of past-ness, as well as a future-ness.

This may seem like a distraction or it might even feel like living your life on autopilot. However, if you're able to spend less time dwelling on past events and more time enjoying what's happening right now, then you will find yourself living a more peaceful life because you will have let go.

Go Beyond the Physical World to Achieve Higher Consciousness

The Secret of Mindfulness

We must first understand that we are not merely conscious but experientially aware. If consciousness is simply a type or quality associated with being alive in this world then it cannot be called real; an existence can never have physical reality unless there exist actual human beings who experience its effects on their life/death situations. This might mean waking up one-day expecting dreams which do cause you to feel sick about having awakened from sleep when all your fears would go away – whereas if they do indeed come true as my parents did many times before I had experienced what happened after each dream where everything changed for them.

The world as we know it, from one time perspective to another is only a glimpse of what exists beyond. All reality could be better understood if there were no "physical" or "mental" concepts that exist in and around our minds and bodies. The same might be true of consciousness itself: What's real when I look into my eyes isn't something physical either (the point here being that although perception may occur along with awareness at times, these events can still leave imprints on other objects).

Specialties of Human Life!

Only humans are capable of understanding God. This privilege belongs to another form of life among the 84 lakh species. What is the reason that only humans are capable of acquiring this knowledge?

Humans can enslave not just animals and birds, but also God Himself by their Bhakti, who is supremely independent in every way!! Human individuals hold such incredible power!!!! God has provided them this privilege! The second unique aspect is that animals and birds have very limited knowledge – simply what is required for survival. Humans have such a high understanding that God has also given them a sense of judgment and wisdom. We are termed human beings because of this sensibility; we have humanity within us. We have been given intelligence and knowledge superiority.

It is for this reason why humans are superior to animals and birds. There is one additional thing that neither animals nor birds nor demi-gods possess. Animals and birds, as well as demi-gods, exist solely to make reason, i.e. they are Bhog Yoni. Bhog Yoni signifies that no new activities will be possible; instead, they will be able to enjoy the results of their previous acts (during their previous lifetimes as human beings). The second meaning of 'Bhog Yoni' is that no matter what animals or birds do, they will not get the fruit of their deeds. If the demi-gods do anything, they are doing something, but they will not reap the benefits. Only satisfaction of the senses!

And what about people? The human form of life is not a Bhog Yoni; it is a Karma Yoni. The actions performed by us in the present are called purusharth. Performing new actions is in the hands of human beings. They can perform good actions or bad actions; they can uplift themselves or downgrade themselves. Human beings have this freedom. They have that much intelligence because God has given it to them. It is the finest kind of life since one can undertake actions that bear fruit in this human form of existence. Also, pay close attention! Two things are required to gain God, to obtain God's Knowledge - that Complete Knowledge - that Love. If both of these are present, such a way of living will be able to reach God. The predominance of Knowledge and Sovereignty to Act are both presents in the human form of life. As a result, human beings are capable of attaining God.
